Will I need to pay import taxes?

*Please note: Duties and taxes may apply to your order and will be charged after shipment. You will receive a notification via email or mobile with payment details.

Canada: Orders are subject to a Goods and Services Tax (GST/HST) on the total value.

United States: Orders under $800 typically qualify for duty-free import for U.S. customers.

International Orders: Customers outside Canada and the United States may be charged import duties, VAT or other taxes according to local regulations. Please inquiry your country's customs office for more information.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted, but they are subject to two-way shipping costs, warehousing, customs fees, and other carrier-imposed charges. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve inspected and approved the return. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How do I request a refund for damaged, wrong, or missing shipments?

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us at info@foryourglow.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

We will need:

  • A photo of the attached shipping waybill.
  • A photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill visible.
  • A photo of the product in question.

Do not dispose of the original packaging, as it may be required for the return process.

What if the product is not received but marked as delivered?

Unfortunately, FOR YOUR GLOW does not issue refunds for contactless deliveries marked as delivered by the carrier. Compensation, if applicable, will follow the shipping company’s transportation compensation policy.

What if the box is damaged but the product is fine?

If the shipping box or packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, it will not be treated as a damaged item.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS etc), and other secure payment options (Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop pay etc).

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. We use secure and encrypted payment gateways to protect your information.
