Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide via express shipping. Delivery typically takes 7-10 business days.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted, but they are subject to two-way shipping costs, warehousing, customs fees, and other carrier-imposed charges. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve inspected and approved the return. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

How do I request a refund for damaged, wrong, or missing shipments?

For damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us at info@foryourglow.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
We will need:

  • A photo of the attached shipping waybill.
  • A photo of the entire box with the shipping waybill visible.
  • A photo of the product in question.

Do not dispose of the original packaging, as it may be required for the return process.

What if the product is not received but marked as delivered?

Unfortunately, FOR YOUR GLOW does not issue refunds for contactless deliveries marked as delivered by the carrier. Compensation, if applicable, will follow the shipping company’s transportation compensation policy.

What if the box is damaged but the product is fine?

If the shipping box or packaging is damaged but the product itself is intact, it will not be treated as a damaged item.
